Good afternoon

I am not exactly sure what I have to write about today. I just felt like writing something and that I may have been neglecting you all again.


 I have two out of three pillow pals finished. I just need to be able to get the yarn for the third. So for now I am trying to recreate a bag I saw and can't find a pattern for. It is not so bad except for some reason for some parts of it I chose to do singles. UGH...soooo many singles. It will make it look better in the end so I should not complain.


 Been having a sort of hard time this month with bills and groceries. Long story and I don't really want to bore you with my dirty laundry. I will say it is going to cause a lot of tension around here and my husbands temper is probably going to flare. Sometimes the unexpected happens and I have no control over it. I am doing my best to remedy the situation. It will take a few days, but I am trying.


 The weather here has changed dramatically. Saturday was hot and in the 90's and today it will maybe get up to 74 and is super windy. I am going to have to tie a string on my son when we go outside so he doesn't fly away.


OH! Over the weekend I woke tho house up because I tried on this pair of pants I bought back in January AND THEY FIT!!! That means I have dropped three sizes this year. I was super excited. I should go out and buy the next size down and keep that in my closet so I have something else to work towards.


  My son's friend gave me some coffee a couple days ago because he loves me. He has a job at a gas station and likes that he has money to buy gifts for people. He gave me a package of Maxwell House. I hate to say it, but it is NOT good to the last drop. I drink it anyway and it is still good. Not great, but good. I won't tell him otherwise so I don't hurt his feelings.




   I just remembered that my son has a fund raiser and is selling cookie dough. So I better hurry and get that listed on facebook for the family to order some. He has his heart set on selling enough to win tickets to the " Xtreme Team Productions Dunk Show". They flip,jump and slam the ball. If he gets to go to the VIP section he gets a special VIP bracelet and gets to meet the dunkers and get their autographs.
 I have my fingers crossed!
