"URSULA! I FOUND YOUR SCRUNCHIE!"
Whooo....ok I had a "George Of The Jungle" flashback there for a moment. Plus you got a flash into what goes on in my mind at any given second.
I just hope you have seen that movie and know what I was referencing there and I didn't come off as a whacko. Ok I am sort of a whacko but I pretend to be "NORMAL" on a daily basis. Don't wanna scare the locals now do we?
Now, what brought me here today was the subject of coffee. Coffee and how I apparently lie to myself on how much I drink.
I always say I have two or three cups MAX a day. Well what it turns out to really be is that I have four or SIX cups a day at max.
My version of what a cup of coffee is and my coffee makers defined and measured version of what a cup of coffee is are waaaaaaaay off.
MY coffee cup holds two count them TWO cups of coffee. I always just told myself that the wittle bitty coffee cups that my grandma always had hanging under her cabinets on those cute little hooks were just old fashioned coffee cups. I mean Back in the 50's you saw pictures of women serving their husbands coffee in those cute little cups. Those can't possibly hold enough caffeine to do anything in the real world.....right? Those are like the size of espresso cups now. MY coffee cup has a handle that three of my fingers can fit inside of and it also keeps BOTH my hands warm on a cold day since I can fit both my hands around it.
That's the size of a regular person's coffee cup.
"chirp...chirp..chirp...chirp"
Ok ok ok ok ok....the crickets have spoken. That dead silence was people all over the world dropping their jaws imagining that I drink six cups of coffee out of a soup bowl.
No,my cup is not THAT big. Today for example I am using one of those disposable/transportable Dixie coffee cups. They are 12 oz's each. BUT my pretty cup that has cute red and pink hearts all over it is about the same size, has the big handle on it and yes both hands can fit around it. So I guess in theory it would warm my hands in the winter.
I have only recently started drinking coffee on a regular basis. Before I maybe drank coffee once a week or less. Now that I have more to do during the day and don't really want to have to nap every day, I drink my "three" cups of coffee between 6:30 a.m. and noon. Anything after that and my restless leg syndrome goes WILD!
Wow I am making myself seem OLD here. For the record I am 36......not 66. I promise :)
Also......all of this crazy ramblings of nonsense was written while drinking my FIRST "cup" of coffee. I have not even made it to mach 1 yet.
As for the random spurting of movie quotes......I do that coffee induced or not. It just randomly happens MULTIPLE times a day.
Just adds to what makes me....ME.

Not a coffee drinker so I really can't appreciate the differences. I have always appreciated finding a less expensive brand that gives me the taste I like. It gives me more money to spend on other things.
